Need a Gatsby baby and need it fast? Well, we can hook you up! We have the mare, Markee (actually she is a breed-lease) that is in foal due this spring. Markee (pictured above) is approved Belgian Warmblood (BWP). She had a gorgeous colt by Gatsby last season so we know what she will produce. Last year's colt (pictured above) is a beautiful BWP colt that is destined for the hunter/jumper ring. His name is Intuition but is called "Newt" around the barn. His owner (Becky Sancewich of Oregon City, OR) is in LOVE with him! Not only will he be a big fella, but he has a sweet Gatsby personality to match. He is leggy with a beautiful neck and topline, substantial bone, and he is a beautiful mover. He is definitely the total package! We have every reason to believe that Markee's next foal will live up to the same expectations!
Of course, Gatsby's pedigree is on our website (http://www.foxdalefarm.us/). Markee is by the Dutch Stallion Marand (Concorde x Lector). Concorde is by that famous Hanoverian, Voltaire who is by another classic stallion Furioso II (Selle Francias). In true Belgian Warmblood fashion, this resulting foal will have some of the most famous European Jumper blood in the world, (G-line Hanoverian, KWPN, Selle Francias) with just a dash of North American Thoroughbred (Seattle Slew) pretty darn famous in his own right!
